Those not downloaded are not on my hd yet,it's strange,the 
engine works spending all the time that is really needed to 
download (  jpg files),I didn't erase anyhting and the 
relative option is NOT checked:so do you think that making 
an update (re-scan and re download)to my iincomplete site 
could fix the problem?
