Why would you wan't an anonymous proxy? If the proxy 
doesn't need authentication half of it's functionality 
is gone (firewall). Your ISP is probably caching 
requests anyway with caching servers, so don't bother. 
It goes down as quickly as it can. If you still think 
you have a problem, try to be more specific in WHY you 
need it.
