I followed the following instructions given to another 
poster (at least I think I followed them correctly) in a 
previous thread to see if I could capture just the pdf 
files. The error log I got is at the end. I'm not sure 
what a 'connect error' is? Do I just try again or have I 
given incorrect info in the instructions somewhere?
These are the instructions I followed...

Either use filters (scan rules), or use:
-*
.. and use Set Options/Links/"Get non-html files related 
to 
a link" to fetch the "books" if they are non-html files 
(such as pdf's)<<<<

I put -* only (ie removed everything else)in scan rules 
and Set Options/Links/"Get non-html files related to a 
link" to fetch the pdfs
