Hi when I click 'Browse Mirrored Website' it says 
No 'index.html' file.

This only occured on mirroring a single page (max. mirror
depth = 0). Worked on other sites with default settings. No
other settings changed.

It mirrored the page, but it's not listed in the main index
file and there is no index.html in the subdirectory for the
page either.
