| Whenever I create an index file it is in the top subfolder
of the specific mirror, not in /My Web Sites/. I mirror a
lot of different sites for an intraweb and each site has a
different subfolder. That is where the index.html, created
by httracker, usually appears. So, if I
mirrored "microsoft.com" into project named MICRO, I would
have /My Web Sites/MICRO/index.html. The index would be in
the same subdir as hts-log.txt, hts-cache, etc. (depending
on your settings). There would also be a subdir
called "microsoft.com" in the same place.
I hope that I didn't misunderstand your point. I've never
had a problem with the index, but I rarely create one.
Instead, I use the starting page of the mirror, as it would
appear on the web.
Sorry for the delay in answering. I mistakenly thought the
thread had ended.
