I should really appreciate a flag that would tell HTTrack not to download any
file that already exists - i.e. just assume that whatever is found in the
download directory is correct and up-to-date.

Now crashes, or interruptions for fine-tuning the filters, may lead to massive
re-downloads.

Such a flag would seem trivial to implement, or is there a catch?
