I am attempting to download all files for my son's webpage in order to help him
with back-up and updates going forward.
I have tried using WinHTTack to bring the website offline. 
I keep getting the following Mirror Error. 

**MIRROR ERROR!**
HTTrack has detected that the current mirror is empty. If it was an update,
the previous mirror has been restored. 
Reason: the first page(s) either could not be found, or a problem occurred. 
=> Ensure that the website still exists and/or check your proxy settings! <=

The website I need to replicate is www.robshvacplus.com 

It is not a very sofisticated site and is little more than a broshure-ware
site, but it is his, and the developer is holding it hostage.
