1) There is a robot.txt but that is irrelevant to the main page (Forbidden.)
2) Some site don't like a browser ID with HTTrack. I always use a msie one.
Delete the cookies.txt and change ID and retry.
3) Since you used the near flag (get non-html related) you don't need those
+*.gif... filters.
