Your solution worked GREAT! 
I selected "Set Options" and changed both "Browser ID" and "Footer" to "None"
and everything worked just like you said. 

p.s. I didn't have to manually type in the destination URL -- copy & paste
worked just fine.

Thanks again -- now I can backup my diabetes website and use it offline for
our diabetes classes.
