- I am converting the word to html so I think that is why the .ppt's are
coming through.

I am still trying to trim the URL size using the user-defined structure tool. 

After reviewing the forum and trying a few options, i still can get it to work
like I'd like.  Is it possible to do the following:

localhost_\FolderA\FolderB\FolderC\FolderD\FileA.ppt
localhost_\FolderD\FileA.ppt

The reason is that the URL length in the original web page are very long but
the first 6 folders are constant throughout the original web page.  Can you
explain how to create a user-defined structure that would remove the first 6
constant folder names (~80 characters) from the mirrored URLs?
