After many tries I figured out that under build, inside drop down click on
“user-defined structure”:  
change to “/%n%q.%t”

Doing this makes the mirror site a single folder with all of the .ppt and
.html files in it.  Which makes it easier to review.

Unfortunately for some reason I have two original site html files that are not
being copied into the mirrored site.

The two sites that aren't copied share the exact same properties, essentially
just different URL name and file locations to copy. I must be missing
something?
